Pricing/Ordering Information for GchpCalc 4.2.1 Software
and New Heat Pump Performance File Set

The cost to purchase the first copy of our GchpCalc software is $300.00.  This price includes having one user on one computer.  If you need this software on more than one computer for yourself or other users, you can purchase up to 4 more site licenses for the additional cost of $100.00 per site.  So for example, if you wanted to purchase our software for yourself and two other people at the same company, the cost would be $500.00. 

The cost of the New Heat Pump Performance File Set is $100.00 per office location. It is not necessary to purchase the files for each individual user at the same office location.

The cost of an upgrade is only $150.00 if you have purchased an earlier version of our software (2.1, 2.2, or 3.1).  To verify that you have purchased an earlier version, you can either give us the serial number, which appears on the first screen, or you would need to give us the company name and user name, address, and approximate date of purchase so we can verify it with our records.  Additional users (up to 4) on an upgrade would still cost $100.00 each.

After completing the credit card/PayPal ordering process below, please do the following:

1. Print out the instructions on how to download and register the GchpCalc software at this link
2. Follow the registration instructions to obtain the Program and Machine ID numbers.
3. Send an email to info@geokiss.com with the following:
   • In the subject line of the email, type “GchpCalc Software Order by credit card”.
   • In the body of the email include
     • Program and Machine ID numbers,
     • Company name and address.
     • User name (include any additional site users)
     • Email address (please use the same email address used with the credit card/PayPal order to speed the registration process).
     • Date the credit card/PayPal payment was made.
     • If purchasing an upgrade version, the following additional information is required:
       • Previous version purchased:     2.1  -or-  2.2  -or-  3.1
       • Serial number (on 1^st screen)                            
       • Company or person and address the software was originally registered to
       • Approximate date of purchase.
4. When we receive your credit card/PayPal payment and email with the information from #3 above, we will send you a registration code that will make the demo version of our GchpCalc software completely functional.
